This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Art Director to join an established global brand in Wiltshire where you’ll be delivering engaging advertising campaigns across a multitude of different print and digital channels. This role is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cheltenham and the M4.

What you’ll be doing 
You’ll be joining an exceptionally creative team where you’ll be pairing up with an advertising copywriter to create integrated advertising campaigns that will grab the world’s attention. As this is a senior role you’ll be getting stuck in with all elements of creative, from generating innovative concepts, scamps and sketches to developing and refining these ideas to be delivered across TV, print and a range of digital media which will be seen by a large, global audience. It goes without saying collaboration is key for this one as alongside your copy partner you’ll be working closely with photographers, specialist post production teams and other senior stakeholders within the business.  As a Senior Art Director you will work through various stages of the creative process. Initial concept and ideas generation will be a major responsibility (producing storyboards and sketches) but you will also flesh these ideas out into more worked up visuals.
What experience you’ll need 
You’ll be part of the driving force behind the teams creative output so needless to say you’ll need extensive experience in a similar environment, with evidence of rolling out fully integrated campaigns across a variety of consumer touchpoints. You could be agency or in-house in experience but you’ll be used to working with big brands. A natural passion for communication and a genuine love for all things visual is a must, alongside a portfolio featuring great ideas that have sound commercial grounding and viability. You’ll be proactive in keeping yourself up to date with trends and effortlessly be able to draw your inspiration from multiple sources to create scamps and sketches. You’ll need to be bursting with confidence, be articulate and have strong leadership skills to be successful in this role.
