We only wish to hear from designers currently working at well known big agencies where the culture is very much about the above. Environments that create a designer entrepreneur culture where everyone completely immerses themselves in the world of brand packaging. Questioning and challenging how brands tell their own individual story in the most effective and engaging way that touches the emotional side of the consumers.
Love problems? We’re looking for someone who gets a thrill out of solving them. Someone who enjoys the process of finding new ways to navigate around a problem in order to rescue it and move the brand forward successfully.
We looking for a portfolio which demonstrates intelligent thinking over a range of brands in different categories. Showing the development of challenger brands in their book as well as creative solutions to difficult problems allowing brands to find their way back to the heart of their core audience and extend their market share.
