We are very excited to be working with an integrated brand experience agency in Berkshire. They are currently looking for a Creative Artworker to join them. The role is around 75% Artwork and 25% design. They specialise in creating memorable experiences to connect with consumers in both the real and the digital world.

The Role

Position: Creative Artworker

Status: Permanent

Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch; 5 day week

Previous qualifications: Art & Design degree; 3 years + professional artworking experience

Roles and responsibilities:

•             Predominantly artworking; happy to work consistently on artworking jobs, as well as occasional design projects

•             Has creative design input and is able to produce designs

•             Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Powerpoint

•             Set up cutter guides, die cuts, artwork layouts

•             Proof documents

•             Work to creative budgets

•             Manage own time

•             Creative Design

•             Oversee visiting freelancers’: initial set up on MACs; introduction to computer system; setting up file paths for freelancers to save work; distributing timesheets

Role essentials:

•             Strong Adobe Creative Suite Experience

•             MS Powerpoint skills

•             Digital and social media experience

•             Experience with Brand Guidelines

•             Passion for Art and Design - culturally active and visits events

•             Ability to keep calm in a fast-paced environment

•             Good listener, not afraid to ask questions if unsure

•             Great attention to detail

•             Positive attitude

•             Team player           

•             Excellent communication (both written and verbally)

•             Prepared to work extra hours as required by needs of the job

Character nice-to-haves:

•             Experiential experience

•             Good MS Excel
