We’re working with a global innovation & strategy consultancy who’s work spans across experience design and brand strategy primarily across the tech and hospitality sectors. Their work is largely experience design within the physical space as opposed to digital, in designing customer experiences for global hotels as well as enterprise level technology companies. They’re team is comprised of a high level of seniority across the business with design thinking at the core of their work.


Our client is currently after a Senior Service Designer specifically within the physical services space for their global hospitality accounts. You’ll essentially have a firm grasp of customer experience design with knowledge of user journey mapping, a firm understanding of research methodologies, and human centred design process in demonstrating innovative case studies outside of digital. You’ll understand innovation tools and techniques in identifying business opportunities with existing and new clientele within the sector.


 As the Senior Service Designer you’ll have ideally 5-7 years in physical Service Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating good concept visualisation skills and creative solutions within the commercial space. You’ll have worked on a large range of customer experience and innovation projects that highlight design thinking. Experience in hospitality, retail, or technology industry sectors highly relevant. In addition, skills within service blueprinting, spatial design, business design, UX/UI, research, ideation, prototyping all highly valuable. You’ll be client facing as well on occasion, so a desire for strong communication skills and knowledge of another language would be beneficial.
