PURPOSE
- Work directly with the sales team and clients to efficiently understand and react to customer needs with creative solutions for their projects to ensure client satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
- Manage the production of client orders by Asian production team
PRINCIPAL MISSIONS
Manage the design, production, and delivery of client orders:
- Design custom carpets & rugs from collection designs and bespoke designs to meet unique client requests
- Communicate, advise and function closely with the operation manager and sales team regarding production issues
- Assist other members of European design team with overflow projects
- Manage projects from the time the order is taken through the delivery to the client : facilitate production of design documents by the design studio, prepare and send Purchase Orders to the factories, follow up with factories to ensure that they have all information necessary for production, provide information to the logistics service and confirm delivery
- Respond quickly and accurately to questions from clients, the design studio, the factories, and the logistics service.
- Meet with clients to obtain information regarding potential or ongoing projects
- Visit job sites for measurements or to supervise installations

SKILLS & QUALITIES REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of experience working on architectural projects.
Skills :
- Strong design skills/culture and ability to interpret client requests with appropriate color palettes
- Drawing skills (please send a Portfolio of hand drawings + Photoshop and CAD drawings)
- A sensitivity to premium quality custom products is a distinct advantage
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- A command of Photoshop and/or Illustrator design software, Texcelle
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory
- An understanding of the custom development process for each product and installation type
- Fluent English, other European languages a plus
