Role Purpose

Key responsibility is in delivering design projects for the Sandals and Beaches brands across UK and European markets, with the Marketing Department. You will form part of our Design Department, creating designs for web, as well as digital experiences and installations. The ideal candidate will have an impressive and creative portfolio displaying professional projects across a range of digital platforms; a strong experience with Flash, Action Script 2/3 and Rich Media; experience of using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign etc);  strong knowledge of websites, emails and mobile, plus a proven experience working with recognisable and influential brands. •    Support the Marketing Department in responding to the design and art-working needs of the business, both strategic and short term design needs
•    Using existing brand direction & guidelines to create ATL & BTL material
•    Projects will span all media – Web, Emails, iPad Apps, Online Image Bank, Digital Marketing Material as well as Print, Press, Flyers, Posters, Leaflets etc.
•    Working to brand guidelines, while still offering insight, new ideas for creative design work in a variety of projects
•    Ability to follow creative concepts and execute them whilst offering ideas to compliment them
•    Aiding in the upkeep of the image library plus the retouching of images
•    Creation of marketing material using house styles
•    Ad Hoc projects as and when required
•    Create and supply advertising weekly to press timely and taking into account current promotions
•    Assist with other design tasks as and when required

Essential technical skills
•      MAC literate (OSX), able to use a PC is also beneficial
•      Experience with Flash, Action Script 2/3 and Rich Media
•      Adobe Creative Suite (will be using CS4, so should be familiar to at least CS2)
